Stretch Lab is seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven Front Desk Membership & Sales Advisor who grows memberships through genuine connection—no pressure.

• Greet members/guests and deliver a welcoming front-desk experience.
• Book intro sessions, answer questions, and guide prospects through next steps.
• Follow up with leads and intro guests (calls/text/email) to support conversion.
• Give studio tours and explain memberships clearly and confidently.
• Support membership sales goals with a consultative, service-first approach.
• Keep the front desk and studio tidy, organized, and professional.
• Assist with community outreach/events as needed.

• Relationship-driven, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Customer-service mindset with confidence discussing pricing/memberships.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and digital).
• Basic computer skills; comfortable learning new software (Club Ready a plus).
• Available for 2 to 7 Shift T-F and Saturdays 10 to 3.

• $14-$16/hour + commission opportunities.
• 25-30 hours/week (part-time).
• Afternoon shift Tuesday - Friday and Saturdays 10 to 3.
• In-person role.
