Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs and provide custom comfort solutions
. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
. - Conduct in-home consultations
, educate clients on product options
, and close sales. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided sources
. - Provide accurate estimates and explain financing options.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and best practices
. - Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Experience in HVAC sales or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and educate homeowners on HVAC solutions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
