Sales Representative – Tru Green

Tru Green accepts applications on an ongoing basis. We are looking for a field sales representative who will serve as the welcoming face of Tru Green in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions.

• Engage with homeowners door‑to‑door to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions.
• Convert inquiries into sales using Tru Green’s proven sales methodology.
• Log interactions and track performance in the CRM.
• Cross‑sell and upsell existing customers with tailored recommendations.
• Maintain professional, energetic, and courteous brand representation.
• Work outdoors, walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 25lbs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and self‑starter skills.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and hustle are primary.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
