We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician II with HVAC certification and EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification
. If you're reliable, hands‑on, and passionate about property maintenance, we want to hear from you!
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
- Participate in on-call rotation for after‑hours maintenance needs
- Ensure property grounds and facilities are clean, safe, and well‑maintained
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification (Required)
- Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
