If you're an enthusiastic and safety-minded Maintenance Technician who enjoys taking great care of residents and the community, we would love for you to apply for our position at Lake Crossing in Austell, GA.
Responsibilities- Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
- Maintaining and repairing A/C and heating systems.
- Repairing and servicing appliances (when applicable).
- Maintaining water irrigation systems.
- Working on stairs, gates, fences, balconies, patios, and railings.
- Maintaining tile, carpet, and flooring.
- Maintaining interior and exterior lights.
- Working on fireplaces and ceiling fans.
- Maintaining gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
- Maintaining shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
- Maintaining boiler, gas, and/or electric systems.
- Maintaining door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
- Maintaining security systems (where applicable).
- Addressing ceiling leaks.
- Maintaining pool areas, tile, and pool furniture.
Operational requirements
:
Must have a truck or reliable transportation. Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and handle on-call emergencies.
HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience preferred.
