Location:

Austell, GA. The role is full‑time, offering competitive hourly or weekly compensation with bonus potential. The technician will dispatch from home and travel to our office once a week for meetings and parts replenishment. Service areas include Acworth, Alpharetta, Atlanta, Canton, Carrollton, Cartersville, Dallas, Decatur, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Mableton, Marietta, Powder Springs, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, and Woodstock.

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including warranty and emergency repairs.
• Maintain and service HVAC and indoor air quality systems.
• Use software to report work completed and collect payments.
• Effectively manage workflow and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Provide superior service, maintain a positive company image, and sustain a positive attitude with customers.
• Communicate, educate, and recommend solutions to customers.

• Minimum 3 years HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• EPA certification.
• Pass a drug test and background check.

• Competitive hourly or weekly pay, $60,000.00 - $ per year.
