If you're an enthusiastic and safety-minded Maintenance Technician who enjoys taking great care of residents and the community, we would love for you to apply for our position at Austell Village in Austell, GA.
ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of our Maintenance Technician might include diagnosing and maintaining or fixing the following items (in addition to helping with moving appliances and keeping the property clean):
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances (when applicable)
- Water irrigation systems
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
- Tile, carpet, and flooring
- Interior and exterior lights
- Fireplaces and ceiling fans
- Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors
- Boiler, gas, and/or electric
- Door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks
- Security systems (where applicable)
- Ceiling leaks
- Pool areas, tile, and pool furniture
Must have a truck or reliable transportation. Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and on‑call emergencies.
HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience preferred.
