This position will require travel to our Griffin office for on-the-job training (up to 6 weeks).
Pay Range: $70,000 – $130,000+ annually (based on experience, certifications, and performance).

- Diagnose, replace, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential systems with minimal assistance and supervision while sustaining a positive attitude with the customers you service.
- Discuss electrical system malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
- Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- 5+ years' residential electrical service experience REQUIRED
- Must have significant experience troubleshooting in a residential environment
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be at least 22 years old to meet insurance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of electrical troubleshooting techniques
- Highly safety conscious
- Knowledge of safe work practices on ladders and scaffolding
- Advanced customer service skills
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- A thorough knowledge of electrical components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes
- Possess tools needed
