Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Austell, GA to address apartment and property upkeep, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm schedule and on-call rotation. You will perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance and other repairs, maintain safety and curb appeal, and support emergency response.
A high school diploma and at least one year in property management or related field are required, along with a valid driver's license, strong
