This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test strategies, perform various testing activities, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications, covering functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Perform various testing activities, including manual testing, automated testing, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results, generate test reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and best practices within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends, tools, and technologies.
