** JOB OVERVIEW:
** This position may work in a variety of locations within the warehouse and will be responsible for picking orders, shipping products, putting away product and checking orders for accuracy.
Production: 90%
· Accurately maintains all required documentation including individual production records; and verifies all documentation as it pertains to product/parts to ensure accuracy.  May be required to enter data into an ERP system. Administrative: 10%
· Maintains a safe and clean work area, disposing of empty boxes or packaging appropriately.

* WORK EXPERIENCE:

*
* · Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.
· 1 or more years on experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
· Experience using warehouse software/ERP systems, AS400 or similar, preferred.
· Knowledge of Microsoft office products preferred.

* PREFERRED EDUCATION:

*
* · High School degree or equivalent preferred
· Training or education in warehousing/logistics a plus
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &

COMPETENCIES:

* · Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions
· Basic math and logic skills required
· Good communication skills
· Detail oriented and accountable for making accurate decisions under set guidelines.
· Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics (size, color, vendor code)  
** TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:*
* · Travel – typically not required
· Position typically works on site where environmental conditions are stable.  May be exposed to higher levels of noise typical in a warehouse environment.
· The position requires an above average amount of physical activity. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch, climb stairs, and may be required to occasionally lift/transport up to 50 pounds.
