Job Shift: Graveyard (Overnight Shift: 5:00 PM until Finish)

• Manage overnight/night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight/night operations.
• Support Night Manager.
• Responsible for associate development through training on policy and procedures.
• Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow.
• Perform general physical activities: load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
• Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments.
• Select merchandise for shipment and stack on pallet neatly by using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Use a pick sheet to find out individual items inside warehouse.
• Breakdown and restack merchandise from pallets.
• Verify quantity of the products.
• Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage.
• Keep warehouse tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
• Maintain a food‑safe environment.
• Report any damaged equipment to shift supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Fresh Produce experience preferred.
• Overnight Shift (Required) 5:00 PM until Finish.
• Must be able to work effectively with other employees and other departments within the company.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in 35 to 70‑degree temperatures.
• Prior experience working in the food industry.
