- Innovate: Be a key player in the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives.
- Innovate Strategic Sourcing: Partner with the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives.
- Sourcing Expert: Own a specific category to drive results.
- Be a Digital Champion: Own and define the digital strategy, including Coupa CSO e-Sourcing Platform, AI and data analytics. Provide technical expertise to the One Procurement team.
- Unlock Value Through Data: Use analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, optimize procurement performance, and uncover savings critical to the business.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and adoption of e-Sourcing best practices.
- Drive Process Excellence: Continuously improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Educate & Empower: Deliver strategic training on eAuction theory and “go-to-market” best practices.
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CSCP/CPSM preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years in procurement, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Coupa or similar RFx sourcing software (Oracle a plus)
- Mindset: Adaptable, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo.
- Citizenship: Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Base pay range: $78,000 - $109,300 per year. Actual base pay will depend on job-related knowledge, skill set, experience, and geographic market location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, annual merit increases, bonuses and profit sharing, 401(k) with employer match, stock purchase plan, paid vacation, and other programs.
