As a Sr. Business Process Architect, you will play a critical role in driving business process excellence for Hormel. You will have an opportunity to deliver process and quality improvements that add value for our customers. You will add great value to the company by modeling and managing business process to drive standardization and predictability. This role provides an opportunity to demonstrate leadership within a collaborative team with high visibility and impact.

As a member of the business process team, you will be provided learning opportunities and career development coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Current State Process Modeling
• Publish Process Models
• Manage Process Repository

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process management, process modeling, program/project management OR Minimum 4 years of experience in business process management, process modeling, program/project management with master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or technology
• Ability to travel 10-15%
• At least 6 years' experience in business process management including process modeling
• Excellent project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least 6 years' experience in process modeling, mining, and management tools such as ARIS, MS Visio, Miro, etc.
• Admin experience with process modeling tool such as ARIS
• Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook
• Willingness and ability to learn and work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
• Possess a hunger for personal and professional development
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree (Masters Preferred) in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or Technology
• Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN Certifications
• Program/Project/Portfolio management qualifications

Compensation/Benefits:

Hormel Foods offers an excellent benefits package. The base pay range for this position $93,400-$130,800 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills set, level of experience, and specific office location.
