- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate records
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts
- Coordinate the daily schedule with the clinical team
- Respond to patient questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Help maintain an organized, efficient front office
- Support the team to ensure every patient has an exceptional experience
- Previous front desk, administrative, customer service, or dental office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Comfortable learning and using dental practice software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
