Cooperative Response Center is looking for Customer Service Representatives at their Austin site. Responsibilities include taking calls and providing support related to power outages and billing inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service.
This role requires excellent communication skills and prior customer service experience, with training provided before the role starts. Full-time and Part-time shifts are available with additional pay for 2nd shift and weekend work.
