What

You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a regional portfolio of specialty business, overseeing field employees including Regional Managers, Office Managers, and clinical teams across all specialty lines—Periodontics, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery.
  • Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across each specialty by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies that improve patient access, treatment acceptance, and overall profitability.
  • Expand the regional specialty footprint through strategic development initiatives, including de novo openings, integration of specialty services into existing general practices, and market optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Clinical, and Operations leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring specialty teams are well-trained, supported, and aligned with company standards.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the region, managing performance against financial goals and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and margin improvement.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans focused on increasing referral flow, enhancing specialty case starts, and maximizing the utilization of all specialty providers.
  • Foster a high-performing, patient-first culture built on teamwork, accountability, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical leadership to strengthen the integration between general dentistry and specialty care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and the highest standards of clinical and operational integrity.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality across the region.
  • This role will include up to 50% travel.

What do you need to have to be a part of our team?
  • 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within a multi-unit DSO organization.
  • Specialty dental experience required, with knowledge of Periodontics, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or equivalent business management experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with treatment plan presentation, patient financial arrangements, and insurance plan structures.
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Denticon or similar practice management systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
