Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Austin, Minnesota for the school year. This district is known for its highly supportive special education team, strong Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, and welcoming culture for contracted staff.

37.5 Hours Per Week
Middle School Caseload
Onsite Position
MTSS is a major district‑wide priority
Collaborative team of experienced and tenured School Psychologists
Strong support from administration and special education leadership
Contracted staff are treated as valued members of the team
Positive and team‑oriented work environment
- Conduct psycho educational evaluations and assessments
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Support MTSS initiatives and intervention planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with behavioral, academic, and social‑emotional supports for students
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Active Minnesota School Psychologist License required
- Previous school‑based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
