ECFE Assistant

Austin Public Schools Community Learning Center has an opening for the  school year for the position of ECFE Assistant. If you like working in a team environment with students and families that are excited to learn, this is the position for you.

Description:

35 hours per week ist preschool teacher working with 3 or 4 year old preschool students. Your day includes two half day preschool classes. Highly diverse classroom. Some night events are required. ECFE/School Readiness program is a 4 Star Parent Aware Site. ECFE/School Readiness program is a Pyramid Site.

Requirements:
Candidates must have experience working with children in early childhood setting. Candidates should have experience working with diverse cultures. Candidates must be able to sit on floor and work with very active children.
