Head Start – Center-Based Teacher – Austin
JOB STATUS:
Semcac Head Start is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time, 36-40-hour-per-week Center-Based Teacher. Exempt position, 10 months per year.
LOCATION:
Austin, MN
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and nurture children ages 3–5 in a supportive classroom environment
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Build strong partnerships with families and support their child’s growth
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
COMPENSATION: $. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers prorated holidays, a full benefit package, a 401(k) retirement plan, an Employee Assistance Program, and optional insurance benefits, including vision.
