• Perform comprehensive echocardiograms including routine adult and selected pediatric indications.
• Perform transesophageal echo, stress echo, and bubble studies with Definity/Optison and strain imaging.
• Document findings accurately in the Echo Information Management System.
• Collaborate with Lead and Advanced Cardiac Sonographers and physicians to interpret findings.
• Assist with orientation and training for students and trainees in the cardiovascular services department.
• Maintain equipment and chart appropriately in Epic.
• Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM) and avoid weekend or call duty.

• RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) certification required.
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required.
• Associate’s degree or graduate of a CAAHEP‑accredited sonography program.
• Minimum of 1 year of cardiac sonography experience.
• Experience with adult TTE, TEE, stress echo, and pediatric cardiac indications.
• Proficiency in scanning and completing a full echo report within 60 minutes.
• Knowledge of cardiac pathophysiology, diagnostic procedures, and hemodynamics.
• Physical ability to perform frequent walking, standing, and overhead movements.
• Active license if applicable.
• Report Date of Birth required for consideration.

• Independent performance of comprehensive echo cardiographic studies with integration of all modalities.

• Travelers may continue an assignment for up to one calendar year from their initial start date with a 30–60 day break before a new assignment.
