Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant; COTA

Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full Time
Marshfield Clinic - 1201 17th Street Northeast - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under the supervision of an occupational therapist;
Monitor and record therapy services for patients/residents/clients;
Provide documentation on patient responses and progress to the occupational therapist;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities aligned with goals and licensure requirements;
Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and contribute to post-acute, long-term care, and home health settings as needed
