Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises as outlined in the treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor, and document therapy services for patients with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments;
Select and modify therapeutic activities consistent with competency, goals, and licensure requirements;
Communicate patient responses and progress to the occupational therapist and document outcomes;
May work across post-acute, long-term care, and home health environments as needed
