• Weekdays only (Monday-Friday)
• Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) or no weekends
• Day or evening shifts

On the road; locations will vary (in-person at the home(s) of client(s) living in and around the Austin area)

• REQUIRED:
  
  Possess a current PT license to practice in the state of Minnesota
• REQUIRED:
  
  Valid Driver s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently

• Evaluate and assess the patient’s current physical abilities and limitations and develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient’s needs
• Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises to clients in their homes
• Monitor and document patient’s progress
• Educate patient and family on how to manage and care for the patient’s physical limitations
• Communicate with other healthcare staff to coordinate care for the patient

Regency Home Health Care has immediate opportunities for a contracted PT professional to serve clients living in or around the Austin area for Physical Therapy visits in the client’s home. This will be a contracted, part-time position.

Our agency provides services to all ages - pediatrics to geriatric. We offer quality homecare services such as:
Skilled Nursing, Private Duty Nursing, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Homemaking, Respiratory Therapy, and Physical Therapy, & Outpatient Mental Health. We are a family-owned business that is Medicare-Certified and provide services throughout Central and Eastern Minnesota and into Wisconsin. We specialize in medically complex cases including ventilator dependent clients. This allows the staff to experience ICU level care in clients’ homes.
