Residential Group Home Supervisor - Viking Drive, Austin

Cardinal has an opportunity for a Residential Supervisor in Austin! The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the Viking Drive a two client program. This is an hourly, supervisory position working 30 hours per week, earning $21.63/hour with benefit eligibility. Although this role does require flexibility, it does assume a weekly schedule and on call responsibilities for the program site.

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of a two client program located in Austin, MN in the areas of:
  Programs, Health/Medical, Financial, Personnel, Training, and Household & Maintenance
• Be the primary liaison between the Direct Support Professionals, families/guardians, day program, and the County Case Manager
• Ensuring all programmatic features of the client's Individual Service Plan and Individual Program Plan are carried out in an effective manner
• Management of staff and responsible for the decision making necessary for the operation of their department
• Hands on direct care

• Have at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience working with individuals with disabilities or similar field
• Have previous personnel management experience

• Are reliable, honest, and possess strong decision-making skills
• Are 18 years of age with a valid driver's license in good standing and ability to pass a criminal background screen
