As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the go‑to leader for all things maintenance, reliability, and equipment performance.

• Leading and developing a skilled team of maintenance technicians
• Creating smart maintenance strategies that keep equipment running smoothly
• Driving preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and finding long‑term solutions
• Managing emergency repairs like a calm, collected pro
• Supporting food safety, OSHA compliance, Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out, GMPs, and SQF standards
• Tracking maintenance KPIs, work orders, schedules, and equipment history
• Identifying process improvements that make operations stronger and more efficient
• Partnering with production and leadership teams to keep the plant operating at its best

You might be the perfect fit if you:

• Have maintenance management experience in manufacturing
• Know your way around industrial equipment and systems
• Can lead a team while still being willing to roll up your sleeves
• Are experienced with CMMS systems
• Have strong troubleshooting and decision‑making skills
• Communicate well with everyone from technicians to senior leadership
• Understand safety and compliance standards like OSHA, GMPs, and food safety programs
• Have a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (preferred)
