Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care facilities
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, adherence to safety protocols, and basic computer skills

- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to resident needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and observations in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Execute medication administration and monitor residents for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
