Lead quality and food safety strategy as a key member of the site leadership team, driving a culture of continuous improvement across an FDA-regulated operation.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years functional leadership experience in food, supplement, or a related industry.
• Project and change management experience.
• GFSI scheme experience (SQF, BRC) and solid FDA, HACCP, and SQF knowledge.
• PCQI or HACCP certification.
• US citizen or permanent resident.

• Own development and execution of the site's quality strategy, integrating quality priorities into the operational excellence process.
• Manage the CAPA program, including customer and vendor complaints, holds, audit nonconformances, and root cause analysis.
• Lead food safety and prerequisite programs (HACCP/HARPC, pest control, recall, allergen, sanitation, environmental monitoring).
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, and third‑party certifications (GFSI, Kosher, Halal, RSPO).
• Conduct and coordinate customer, vendor, and regulatory audits, and prepare for site visits.
• Build, develop, and motivate the site quality team while driving cross‑functional alignment.
