* ** What You'll Do*
* You'll play a critical role in ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This position partners closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and external customers and suppliers to deliver reliable, high-quality products.

** Core responsibilities include:
Ensure
** products meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements
+ Lead product testing activities and First Article Inspection (FAI)
+ Collaborate with production teams to implement effective inspection methods and prevent defects
+ Develop and maintain incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems
+ Establish and track key quality and manufacturing performance metrics
+ Create and manage Quality Control Plans and process controls
+ Conduct internal audits and support ongoing process improvements
+
** Quality Management System Leadership Maintain
** and continuously improve a robust ISO
9001 and AS9100 Quality Management System
+ Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and compliance requirements
+ Drive process and product improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
+
** Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement Manage
** customer complaints and return material authorizations (RMAs)
+ Oversee identification, containment, and disposition of non-conforming products
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to prevent recurrence
+ Partner cross-functionally to strengthen quality systems and processes
** What You Bring*
* We're looking for a hands-on quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building and improving systems.

* Qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (preferred)
+ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
+ Strong knowledge of ISO
9001 and AS9100 standards
+
Experience with inspection systems, FAI, and quality metrics
+ Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Quality Auditor (CQA) is a plus
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+
