Quality Engineer What You’ll Do
- Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Lead product testing activities and First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Collaborate with production teams to implement effective inspection methods and prevent defects.
- Develop and maintain incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems.
- Establish and track key quality and manufacturing performance metrics.
- Create and manage Quality Control Plans and process controls.
- Conduct internal audits and support ongoing process improvements.
- Maintain and continuously improve a robust ISO
9001 and AS9100 Quality Management System. - Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive process and product improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage customer complaints and return material authorizations (RMAs).
- Oversee identification, containment, and disposition of non-conforming products.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to prevent recurrence.
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen quality systems and processes.
We’re looking for a hands‑on quality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building and improving systems.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong knowledge of ISO
9001 and AS9100 standards. - Experience with inspection systems, FAI, and quality metrics.
- Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Quality Auditor (CQA) is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor to leadership.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
