Quality Engineer What You’ll Do

• Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.
• Lead product testing activities and First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Collaborate with production teams to implement effective inspection methods and prevent defects.
• Develop and maintain incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems.
• Establish and track key quality and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Create and manage Quality Control Plans and process controls.
• Conduct internal audits and support ongoing process improvements.
• Maintain and continuously improve a robust ISO
  9001 and AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Drive process and product improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage customer complaints and return material authorizations (RMAs).
• Oversee identification, containment, and disposition of non-conforming products.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to prevent recurrence.
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen quality systems and processes.

We’re looking for a hands‑on quality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building and improving systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong knowledge of ISO
  9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Experience with inspection systems, FAI, and quality metrics.
• Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Quality Auditor (CQA) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor to leadership.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
