Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour (or equal/exceed the required minimum wage for this location).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35/h to $3.00/h based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, and thank customers; process returns/refunds; and carry out financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
