Factory Mechanic

Quality Pork Processors in Austin, MN is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Worker to work 10‑hour shifts from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am, 4 nights a week. Pay is $25.40–$25.75 per hour for the first 32 hours, followed by overtime at 8× the regular rate.

• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment day and night
• Disassemble and assemble equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Perform repair work in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics systems

• Proficiency in mechanical systems, including welding and hydraulics
• Knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and electronic maintenance
• Strong emphasis on workplace safety
• Ability to work late night shifts and consistent schedule of 4 nights per week
• Experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or processing facility is preferred
