Senior Accountant

• Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain accurate property-level accounting records.
• Manage general ledger activity, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and lease abstracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations, billings, and daily AP/AR functions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and audit/tax requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4–7+ years of commercial property accounting experience.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
