This is a fully onsite contract position with a client located in Austin, Texas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors or other managers within the department. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units to aid in their financial tracking.
Responsibilities- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
- Manage AP and AR functions, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close
- Assist accounting personnel
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field + 2 years' experience OR 5+ years of recent experience in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite + ERP experience
