About Us

The recently refreshed Hilton is in the historic Air Force command building on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel. The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

The Accounting Clerk assists with the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and established accounting practices. This role supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and general administrative accounting tasks.

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile transactions.
• Assist with accounts receivable billing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Review and audit daily revenue reports for accuracy.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Support the month-end closing process.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters.
• Assist with departmental reporting and special projects as assigned.

• This position will pay $ per hour with scheduled annual increases.
