Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused AP Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity in North Austin, TX. This fully on-site role was created to support a high-volume accounts payable team and offers the chance to make an immediate impact by improving AP processes and ensuring timely, accurate invoice processing.
As the AP Specialist, you’ll handle high-volume invoices, performing data entry, PO matching, and resolving discrepancies. You’ll also assist with vendor communications, process invoice approvals, support month-end close activities, and help maintain efficiency while contributing ideas to improve processes within Oracle, the organization’s core ERP system.
The ideal candidate will bring experience with larger ERP systems, proven ability matching to POs, and the capacity to key at least 100 invoices per day. Familiarity with Oracle is required, and a patient, detail-oriented mindset is essential for navigating a clunky system while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
