They focus heavily on high-growth, venture-backed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and nonprofits. This firm isn't just doing basic compliance, they’ are advising on technical accounting, audits, and transactions for sophisticated organizations.
We are seeking an experienced Tax manager with experience in high-net-worth individuals, trusts, gift tax, estate tax issues, and family-limited partnerships/investment partnerships. Working for this top tier firm, you will have the opportunity to be part of an organization that has:

Minimum 7-8 years of tax experience
Actively licensed CPA
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience in high-net-worth individuals, trusts, gift tax, estate tax issues, and family-limited partnerships/investment partnerships.
