A fast-growing, innovation-driven technology organization is looking to appoint an Accounting Manager to strengthen its finance function. This high‑impact leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls as the business continues to scale. The position offers strong visibility, cross‑functional exposure, and the opportunity to shape accounting processes within a dynamic international environment.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Oversee general ledger operations, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures in line with US GAAP
• Manage technical accounting topics including revenue recognition and other complex areas
• Support external reporting requirements and audit readiness
• Drive SOX compliance activities and strengthen internal control frameworks
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and financial accuracy
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members

• Strong experience in financial accounting and reporting within a public company or multinational environment
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial close processes, SEC Reporting
• Background in public accounting or corporate accounting roles highly preferred
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
