Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail‑oriented Cash Applications Specialist for an exciting contract‑to‑hire opportunity with a growing company located in Downtown Austin. This fully onsite role offers the chance to join a collaborative accounting team, work in a fast‑paced shared services environment, and contribute to a company known for its strong culture and team‑oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Process high‑volume cash applications and support daily AR activities across multiple entities and systems
- Handle chargebacks, disputes, payment posting, and customer account maintenance in a fast‑paced environment
- Assist with full‑cycle accounts receivable processes while partnering closely with internal teams to support cash flow operations
- Prior high‑volume cash applications and AR experience within a large company environment
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs, along with ERP system experience
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
