Key Responsibilities
* Perform three‑way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
* Analyze and enter logistics invoices related to customer and warehouse shipments
* Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
* Review and process new vendor setup documentation
* Meet weekly payment run deadlines and support month‑end close activities
* Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accrued Expenses accounts at month end
* Code company credit card expenses to appropriate accounts and ensure proper documentation
* Assist with internal audit requests and year‑end 1099 filings
* Partner with other departments to identify and support process improvements
* Support ad hoc projects and additional accounting tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
* 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment
* Strong understanding of PO‑based AP and three‑way matching
* Hands‑on experience with Net Suite required
* Solid Excel skills
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the Manufacturing industry
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
* Additional accounting experience such as accruals, journal entries, or account reconciliations
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
