Asset Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Property Accountant in Austin, Texas, to manage the financials of a large student housing asset. This role is not just back-office; you will lead complex accounting tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting directly to an institutional joint venture partner.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 6 to 10+ years' experience in property accounting. Strong GAAP foundation and proficiency in real estate accounting platforms like Yardi or MRI are essential.
