Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working with a diverse client base, mentoring team members, and embracing innovative technology to enhance both client service and firm operations.

• Prepare and review a wide range of federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of tax and public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, and other major tax filings
• Experience with accounting and tax preparation software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
