Accounts Receivable Analyst

Tarvos Talent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity with a growing company located in Downtown Austin. • Managing customer account activity and maintaining accurate account records
• Processing payments and supporting cash application activities
• Assisting with new account setup, account maintenance, and related documentation
• Monitoring outstanding balances and coordinating appropriate follow-up on scheduled payments
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
• Partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to support accurate reporting, account reconciliation, and overall AR process efficiency

• Prior accounts receivable experience within a larger company environment
• Experience working in a high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort navigating multiple systems
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis, including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with Dynamics environments is highly preferred
