Our team has a new role partnering with a boutique-sized, rapidly growing accounting practice in Austin, TX. Growth is due to the addition of new clients, driven in part by merger activity with some top 25 firms, bringing clients to regionally based and locally owned CPA firms.

• Full‑time tax senior / tax senior associate position
• Salary $90k–$120k per year

• Providing tax preparation services and advisory services to a wide range of businesses, high net worth clients, and various business entities including trusts, estates, and partnerships.
• Overseeing multiple tax engagements and working with the office in a team environment.
• Completing all work and engagements according to specified deadlines and firm requirements.
• Completing tax research, preparation, and review work for C-Corps, S-Corps, HNW, and partnerships.
• Mentoring junior staff for training and development on tax assignments.
• Creating and fostering client relationships for the firm.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, with potential to acquire additional CPA credit hours or already holding CPA.
• 2–3 years of tax experience working with multiple business entities.
• Experience in tax preparation work across multiple industries.
• Experience with various accounting software programs, including CCH, Pro System, Ultra Tax, or comparable software.
