360 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Posting) for a permanent opportunity with a top law firm. The ideal candidate will have legal cash posting experience, as well as experience in using Aderant software.

• Comfortable working with AI-assisted posting and accounting technologies

• Key Responsibilities:
• Research, post and reconcile cash receipts, including lockbox, wires, credit cards and office checks.
• Apply unallocated cash and oversee client trust accounts, A/R write-offs, and payment reversals.
• Manage credit card processing and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and provide documentation to support audits.
• Complete and maintain vendor setup and information forms as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
