Staff Accountant

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team and support our business operations in the accounting department.

As a Staff Accountant, you will assist the Controller and Assistant Controller in the daily operations of the accounting department. Your responsibilities include preparing monthly reconciliations for all dealership accounts, compiling weekly and monthly analysis reports, and providing dealership management assistance as needed. • Commitment:
  Accurately perform accounting duties to ensure our dealerships run effectively and efficiently.
• Excellence:
  Support the accounting department by ensuring accuracy in the reconciliation of all accounts, daily ACH transactions, recording and coding incoming checks, and completing all other assigned duties quickly and accurately.
• Accountability:
  Understand and comply with regulations affecting the accounting department, performing tasks accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes as well as company policies.
