Aprio’s Real Estate Client Accounting Services team seeks a Senior Accounting Associate – Construction in Austin. You will be the primary client contact, manage rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting packs. This hands-on, collaborative role involves mentoring junior staff and coordinating with external auditors.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years of property accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, and experience with Yardi or MRI. A CPA or active CPA pursuit is preferred.
