Bookkeeper

Momentum Skilled Services is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The position in office (100%) and is located in our Austin corporate office. You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, keeping our general ledger up-to-date, and ensuring our financial records remain accurate and organized.

• Record Transactions:
  Enter purchases, receipts, and payments into Workday accounting system.
• Manage Accounts:
  Track accounts payable (vendor bills and outgoing funds).
• Reconcile Accounts:
  Match bank and credit card statements with internal records monthly to find and fix errors.
• Generate Reports:
  Produce income statements, balance sheets, and trial balances for management.
• Maintain Compliance:
  Keep documents organized and assist accountants or tax professionals during tax season.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk is required. Workday and/or Skilled Nursing experience is preferred.
• Software Proficiency:
  Strong working knowledge of accounting software (such as Workday) as well as Microsoft Excel.

  High level of accuracy with numbers and data entry.
