Location:

On-site in Austin, TX

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare financial reports and analyze variances
· Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger for financial accuracy
· Ensure compliance with GAAP
· Perform month-end and year-end close processes
· Help prepare for audits and manage supporting documentation
· Oversee employee reimbursements and vendor setup
· Support AP systems (Medius) and audit accounting software (Sage Intacct)
· Assist with any ad-hoc projects that may arise

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
· 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
· Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
· Knowledge of GAAP and month/year-end processes
· Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and train others
