Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Strong hands-on bookkeeping/accounting background
• Strong Quick Books experience
• Able to independently manage books and financial activity
• Experience juggling multiple clients, entities or competing priorities is highly desirable
• Strong critical thinker and problem solver
• Quick study who can learn their clients and processes quickly
• Truly comfortable with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently without needing constant direction
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• High-net-worth individual, family office or private-client experience is a plus, but NOT required
